Below is a list of all of the materials that the Cobalt Industry Responsible Assessment Framework (CIRAF) applies to or could be applied to.
Cobalt Institute
The Cobalt Institute is a trade association composed of producers, users, recyclers, and traders of cobalt. The organisation promotes the sustainable and responsible production and use of cobalt.
The Cobalt Industry Responsible Assessment Framework (CIRAF) is a management tool, rather than a standard or certification scheme. It allows participants to demonstrate that they are aligned with global good practice on responsible production and sourcing of cobalt, through annual public reporting. It strengthens the ability of cobalt producers and buyers to assess, mitigate, and report on responsible production and sourcing risks in their operations and supply chain, including through due diligence.
Compare multiple standards or benchmark your own standard, code of conduct or businesses activities against those of the Cobalt Industry Responsible Assessment Framework (CIRAF).
